Instrumentals

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of instrumentals are final and non-refundable. Once an instrumental has been downloaded, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. This policy is in place to protect our intellectual property and ensure fair compensation for our producers.

However, if you experience technical issues with the download or the instrumental file, please contact us at support@m100productions.com within 7 days of your purchase. We will do our best to resolve the issue, which may include providing a replacement file or offering technical support.

Services

For music production services, our refund policy is as follows:

  • Cancellation Before Commencement: If you cancel a service before we have started working on it, you will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellation After Commencement: If you cancel a service after we have started working on it, you may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the amount of work completed. The refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
  • Dissatisfaction with Service: If you are not satisfied with the quality of the service, please contact us at support@m100productions.com within 7 days of receiving the completed service. We will work with you to address your concerns and make reasonable revisions. If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we may offer a partial refund.
